4. Payment Terms

• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking and commence work.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Client Cancellations: Cancellations made within 7 days of project commencement will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
• Refunds: Refunds are not provided for completed work unless agreed upon in writing.

6. Product Orders and Delivery

Phoenix Interiors will handle the ordering and delivery of materials and products. Delivery times may vary, and Phoenix Interiors is not liable for delays caused by third-party suppliers. Any damages or defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Project Timelines

We strive to adhere to agreed-upon project timelines. However, Phoenix Interiors is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, supplier issues, or other external factors.

8. Warranty and Liability

• Warranty: Phoenix Interiors offers a 1-year warranty on workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear.
• Liability: Phoenix Interiors is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, concepts, and materials provided by Phoenix Interiors remain the intellectual property of the company. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
